In case you want to change the font title for mobile devices, there is a simple way to do this.
Go to the customizer -> Header Settings -> Front Page Header Content -> Title.
Click on Title Style and the panel for different typography options appears.
In this panel, you have the option to adjust the Mobile Font Size:
