To customize general settings for the online store, go to the Customizer -> WooCommerce Options.
Settings for Color
Clicking on Colors, you’ll be taken to the list of colors you need to set for your online store:
Primary Color – this is the color you’ll mainly use in your online store
Secondary Color – this is the secondary color you’ll use for the e-shop
“Sale” Badge Color – this is the color of the badge that indicates products for sale
Rating Stars Color – this is the color you’ll give to the ratings stars in the products assessment system
Product List Options
These settings refer to the pages of the online store.
Shop Page Settings
- Define the number of products that will be displayed on the shop page
- Set the number of products that’ll be shown on a row on desktop
- Set the number of products that’ll be shown on a row on tablet
- Set the order of the product fields (e.g. product name, price, product category, product description, rating stars, etc.)
Related Product Settings
Related products are products that share the same catefgory and tags as the selected product.
- Set the number of related products that will be displayed on a row, on desktop
- Select the number of products that will be displayed on a row, on tablet
Upsell Product Settings
Upsell products are usually products you recommend instead of the currently selected product.
- Select the number of upsell products that will be displayed on a row, on desktop
- Select the number of upsell products that will be displayed on a row, on tablet
Cross-Sell Product Settings
Cross-Sell products are usually complementary to the product people have selected and added to their cart.
- Set the number of cross-sell products to display on a row on desktop
- Set the number of cross-sell products to display on a row, on tablet
General Options
You have several options to adjust the pages of your online shop:
- Check the checkbox to show cart button in menu (by activating this option, people will view the cart button regardless of the page they’re visiting, as it’s placed in menu)
- Shop Header (this is the main page of your online shop) – you have to choose between displaying a large header with title and navigation only
- Product Detail Header (this is the product page) – you have to choose between displaying a large header with title and navigation only
- Check the checkbox to set shop/product featured image as header background (this setting implies that the inner pages hero background is set to image and the featured image should be added to the shop page or product page)
