You can set multilanguage options from this section.
Go to the Customizer -> General Settings -> Multilanguage Options.
Therefore:
- Check to Show side language switcher
- Choose the background color for the switcher
- Set the positioning of the language switcher, from Switcher top offset (the distance from the top is expressed in pixels).
